Reporting to the Assistant Outlet Manager/Outlet Manager, you will assist in monitoring the outlet's expenses, planning of staff duty schedule, supervising the operations in the outlet and serves customers. Handling customers complains and maintaining good relationship with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations of outlet/café. Covers managerial duties when Managers are not available, except for rostering, stock take, administration, training and matters pertaining to uniforms, cleaning contracts and salaries.
• If Managers are in outlet, he is stationed according to Manager's instructions.
• Check availability of menu items for the day.
• Handle cashiering when cashier is unavailable. Ensures that cash tallies in the register.
