Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide one-on‑one befriending and mentorship support to Higher Needs Students (HNS).
- Conduct motivational sharing sessions to inspire resilience and positive behaviour.
- Lead simple, age‑appropriate physical activities to support student well‑being.
- Supervise and monitor completion of homework and assigned academic tasks.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in youth work, student support, or social services.
- Basic first aid, crisis de‑escalation or Mental Health First Aid certifications are strong advantages.
