Job Description
Responsibilities - Manage the overall support, engagement and care of the Missions Ministry Workers including planning of annual mission worker retreat and visits to locations where overseas workers are based.
- Strengthen the process and training system of raising potential candidates and interns for missions work.
- Plan, design and conduct training modules on missions’ awareness and missions members care for church members.
- Plan, coordinate, provide support and budget for Missions Month, Missions Sunday and related Missions awareness programmes.
- Recruit and train volunteers to support mission activities.
- Collaborate with partner organizations and agencies to maximize the impact of mission programs.
- Prepare regular reports on mission activities and outcomes.
