Rivington and Blackrod High School and Sixth Form is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated Pastoral Year Lead to join our large pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience of working with young people, families and external agencies to play a key role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will take a proactive approach to promoting positive behaviour, improving attendance and punctuality, and fostering a culture of high expectations.
