Bernadette and Settler are chef-driven restaurants in Salem, MA from Chef Aaron Chambers. Bernadette is a French-inspired, market-driven restaurant with a strong pastry and bread program, while Settler is our intimate neighborhood restaurant and wine bar focused on Mediterranean flavors and seasonal New England ingredients.
We are currently looking for a Pastry Assistant to support pastry production across both restaurants alongside our Pastry Chef. This is a hands-on production role best suited for someone who enjoys detailed prep work, organization, consistency, and working as part of a small, collaborative kitchen team. The role is focused more on execution and operational support than independent menu development, though there is opportunity to grow over time within the program.
