Job Description
Overview
Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units located on a tropical island in the Philippines. The resort is in pre‑opening phase, scheduled to open in Q1 2027, and features multiple F&B outlets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre‑opening and subsequent operation of the resort.
- Oversee the group’s other two boutique resorts (one in operation and one in development).
- Report directly to the Executive Chef.
- Coordinate with resort staff to ensure smooth opening and ongoing operations.
- Manage budgeting, costing, kitchen hygiene, and safety standards.
- Train and develop the kitchen team, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in luxury boutique hotels, high‑end pastry shops, or fine dining restaurants.
- Culinary school background.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
