Position Summary :

We are seeking a Patient Access/Financial Counseling Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and directing all activities related to Guest Services, Registration, and Financial Counseling services. As requested, the Supervisor will oversee all activities related to these areas in the absence of the Director of Patient Access or Patient Access Manager. The Supervisor will be responsible for possessing expert knowledge of financial counseling and registration workflows and for point-of-service (POS) collections and communication with patients regarding financial assistance.

The Supervisor will evaluate the department to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of staff and resources and assures the proper and economical use of equipment, supplies, and facilities.
