Job Description
Responsibilities - Execute patching activities across RHEL and Windows Server environments.
- Deploy security patches and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage patch schedules, baselines, and maintenance windows.
- Support physical, virtual, clustered, and cloud-based server infrastructure.
- Utilize tools such as Tanium and BMC True Sight for patch deployment and automation.
- Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and application teams.
- Manage change, incident, and problem records via ServiceNow.
- Maintain patching documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Support weekend maintenance and patching activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience - Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and/or Windows Server administration.
