Patent Prosecution Associate, Patent Agent, Counsel or Junior Partner - Chemistry

Our client is an Am law 200 firm, seeking a patent prosecution attorney or agent with at least 5 years of experience for its IP practice in DC, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia. The salary range for an associate is $220k to $255k. Counsel salary is $260k.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of patent prosecution experience related to synthetic organic chemistry, biochemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences.
• Ph.D. in organic chemistry or a related field.
• USPTO admission required.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
