Pathologist Locum Need
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM + rotating night/weekend call
Coverage Dates (Weeks of):
Start Date: June 2, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed)
Ongoing coverage
Key Responsibilities:
* Surgical pathology sign-out
* Cytopathology sign-out
* Frozen section analysis
* Rapid onsite evaluation (ROSE) of cytology specimens
Case Volume:
* Surgical Pathology: 5,932 annually ( 16 cases/day)
* Cytology: 1,123 annually ( 3 cases/day)
Requirements:
* Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
* Active NJ Medical License (or ability to obtain)
* Onsite availability with flexibility for call
* Familiarity with Epic EMR
Support Structure:
* Support staff available
