**Job Description:**

A Patient Access Registration Specialist I – Bilingual s responsible for providing excellent customer service and facilitating the registration and scheduling process for Spanish-speaking patients and visitors at Intermountain Health. The caregiver ensures that accurate and complete information is collected and entered into the system, verifies insurance and eligibility, collects co-pays and balances, and follows up on pending issues. The caregiver adheres to Intermountain Health's policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
