Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.. Tracks and trends
errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with the Business Office, IT, and clinical staff.
