The Patient Access Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless registration, scheduling, and check-in experience. This role is critical in supporting care delivery while maintaining accurate patient data and insurance verification.


Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and register patients, verifying demographic and insurance information

+ Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals

+ Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations
