:The Patient Access Representative is the first line of quality service to our patients and the community, ensuring patient safety and identity protection. In addition, Patient Access services will be responsible for processing patient registration, verifying demographics, obtaining insurance cards and identification, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, transcribing orders, explaining financial options to patients, and updating medical records accurately and efficiently.
