Reporting to the Senior Nurse Clinician and Daycare Manager, the Patient Care Assistant supports the nursing team in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients in a hospice daycare setting.
Key Responsibilities - Assist patients with personal care, hygiene, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
- Monitor and record basic vital signs such as weight, temperature, and blood pressure.
