About the Role:
This role focuses on improving patient outcomes by enabling accessible cardiac rehabilitation support. The position involves working directly with patients and doctors in hospitals to onboard patients onto a comprehensive, remote care program that includes therapy, coaching, and 24/7 nurse support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present the program to patients in OPD, Wards, or IPD settings and facilitate onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to build trust in the program
- Handle queries and address objections from both patients and doctors
- Provide doctors with regular updates on patient progress and conduct program demonstrations
