**Key Requirements**

+ Minimum of 5-years of experience in Emergency orHospitalist Medicine
+ Board Certification
+ Medical Staff, inpatient, or patient logisticsexperience
+ Extensive knowledge of EMTALA regulations
+ Comfortability with crucial conversations
+ Iowa Medical License
+ Occasional statewide travel
