Local, Remote or Hybrid: Local - Candidates that reside in Staten Island ONLY

Schedule: Onsite; M, T, TH, F - 9-5pm and W - 10-6pm

Contract: 13 weeks



Required Qualifications

Education:

- HS Diploma/GED

Experience:

- 1+ year of clerical experience

- Epic experience

- Customer service experience

- Data entry skills of 4500 keystrokes

- Effective communication skills

- Telephone skills / Computer skills/Keyboard skills / Customer Service Skills

- Knowledge of health insurance benefits/requirements

- Knowledge of Coding: ICD 9, CPT-4
