About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Medical Scheduler / Patient Access Representative to join a well-established and reputable healthcare system in Eureka. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—helping create a positive and seamless experience from check-in to registration.
What You’ll Do

+ Check in and register patients efficiently and accurately

+ Collect and verify patient demographics and photo identification

+ Verify insurance coverage and confirm eligibility

+ Determine payment options (self-pay vs. assistance programs)

+ Explain consent forms and provide admissions paperwork

+ Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
