Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Register patients and ensure accurate entry of patient information.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Guide and assist patients with self-registration processes.
  • Provide frontline customer service and attend to enquiries professionally.
  • Offer financial counselling and explain payment procedures where required.
  • Perform cashiering and payment collection duties.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and assist with general administrative support.
  • Support daily operations and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • GCE N Levels, O Levels, A Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
