**Compensation & Schedule**

+ **Pay Rate:** $16.00+/hour (Depending on experience and the specific level of the role)
+ **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and professional **Patient Service Representative I** to provide essential administrative coverage for our specialist physician practice. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in the patient experience—greeting, assisting, and directing patients and visitors, and ensuring accurate information is collected upon arrival.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ **Patient Check-In & Registration:** Greet patients warmly, confirm reasons for visits, collect and update accurate demographic data, and verify insurance coverage. Prepare patient charts, encounter forms, and obtain necessary authorizations for billing/treatment.
