Job Duties
+ Answering a high volume of inbound calls (60β80 calls per day) from patients, vendors, insurance companies, and medical facilities
+ Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting callers, actively listening, assisting with inquiries, and closing each interaction professionally
+ Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments via phone, SMS, and patient portal messages
+ Screening and routing calls appropriately to ensure patients are directed to the right departments
+ Accurately registering patients and managing appointment scheduling and follow-ups in the EMR system
