This role is responsible for managing patient registration, facilitating smooth check-in workflows, and delivering exceptional front-line service to patients and their families. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced healthcare environments, can work independently, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills—especially during high-volume or high-stress situations.
Key Responsibilities

+ Register patients accurately in Epic and ensure all demographic and insurance information is complete

+ Verify physician orders and prepare patients for imaging services (MRI)

+ Collect, review, and process consent forms and required documentation

+ Handle sensitive patient interactions with professionalism and empathy

+ Operate independently during evening and weekend shifts with minimal supervision
