Patient Service Representatives

Role Summary:
We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented Medical Schedulers to join our team supporting a busy medical center. This role involves handling incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and providers. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, has strong organizational skills, and can quickly learn our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls on the medical center switchboard and route calls to the appropriate departments or providers.
