What You Will Do - Manage patient registration, appointment booking, and follow-up scheduling
- Process patient payments accurately (cash, card, NETS)
- Submit and track dental claims via CHAS, Medisave, and insurance portals
- Respond to patient enquiries professionally — in person, by phone, and email
- Support clinic operations with filing, data entry, and supply management
What You Need - Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using basic computer applications
