UPMC Mercy is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to support our ENT practice. This role is essential in delivering excellent patient experiences through front-end operations such as scheduling, registration, check-in/check-out, and patient communication in a fast-paced clinical environment. The position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and is primarily based at Mercy. Minimal travel may be required on an as-needed basis to provide coverage at other ENT locations.
