Reporting to the Vice President, IT Operations, Security & Compliance the Payments QA Analyst primary mandate is to perform Quality assurance and applications support functions for the payment services team. Key Responsibilities – Quality Assurance and Application Support
· Able to perform testing and Interchange certification tasks/activities for various Payment networks such as MasterCard, Visa, Interac, American Express, JCB and China Union Pay
· Understands Payment devices/applications such as Point-of-Sale, ATM, Mobile, etc.
· EMV transaction processing and testing
· Knowledge of Payment applications and Simulators (MDSS, VTS, ASSET, etc.)
· Good knowledge of ISO Fields and Messages, VISA, and MasterCard interfaces
· Documentation of test artifacts and adherence to industry best practices
· Ensure all required tasks are carried out with high quality and are completed on time
