We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to oversee accurate, high-volume payroll operations for a manufacturing company based in Post Falls - Coeur d Alene area. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliant payroll practices, supporting financial accuracy, and partnering with internal teams to keep employee records and reporting aligned. • Manage end-to-end, multi-state bi-weekly payroll for 700+ employees, ensuring accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax compliance, and timely remittance.
