Job Description: Summary:

Responsible for processing payroll and A/P. Initiative and assistance with ad hoc payroll issues as they arise.



Job Responsibilities:

• Completes full cycle payroll processing • Responds to employee payroll questions in an efficient manner • Prepares payroll journal entries • Reviews of the quarterly payroll tax reports • Year-end processing W-2 and 1099



Skills:

• Experience in payroll processing

• Professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information • Demonstrated attention to detail • Familiarity with payroll systems



Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field required.

• 0-2 years experience required.

* Familiarity with Garnishment management a plus *Existing knowledge and experience with Workday a plus
