We are seeking an experienced, compliance-driven Payroll & Benefits Manager to oversee the organization’s payroll operations and ensure the accurate, compliant administration of employee benefits programs. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role is primarily responsible for payroll execution, statutory compliance, and governance, while also leading key benefits administration functions that directly impact employees and regulatory adherence.
The successful candidate will serve as the organization’s subject‑matter expert on Ontario payroll legislation, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and external agencies to mitigate risk, support audits, and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery.
