About the Role
The payroll and rostering administrator is an important role within our People & Development team; providing a comprehensive payroll service to Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti.
Responsibilities
- Run payroll reports and perform data maintenance.
- Process pay runs within a fortnightly deadline.
- Maintain payroll systems and ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Provide comprehensive payroll support to the team and staff.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and the Holidays Act.
- Experience in administration.
- Initiative and ability to self‑manage.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great communication and relationship skills.
