We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Benefits Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring payroll data is processed correctly, statutory requirements are met, and employees receive a professional and responsive service in relation to pay, pensions, and other benefits.
Key Responsibilities - Process payroll accurately and on time, including starters, leavers, salary changes, overtime, statutory payments, and deductions.
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all data is up to date and handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, including pensions, salary sacrifice arrangements, and other benefit programmes.
