We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Compliance professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and manpower cost reporting. The role involves coordinating with HR, Finance and Project teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, resource allocation reporting and employee cost management for organizational and project-level financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including payroll inputs, CTC updates, new joiners, deductions, and arrears calculations.
- Process tax computations including Form 12B updates, tax declarations, and investment proof validation.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and TDS (Form 24Q).
- Prepare salary bank upload files and coordinate salary processing with finance.
