Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Lead and manage regional payroll implementation and transformation projects across multiple countries
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination for payroll initiatives
- Gather and analyse business requirements to support payroll system enhancements and implementations
- Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities
- Support integration of payroll systems with HR, finance, and related platforms
