We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations in Bethesda, MD. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.



+ Manage and process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 100–300 employees

+ Handle standalone payroll responsibilities, including data entry, audits, and final approvals

+ Ensure payroll accuracy, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefits

+ Maintain compliance with applicable payroll tax laws and regulations

+ Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Partner with HR and accounting on employee records, benefits, and reporting

+ Support audits and assist with year-end processing (W-2s, etc.)

+ Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency
