Description
Essential Duties &Responsibilities:
Own and process multi-statepayrollfor hourly and salaried employees
Manage payroll team (payroll, payrolltaxesand payroll accounting)
Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of all payroll transactions — earnings, deductions, garnishments, commissions, and equity compensation
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations; manage tax filings, year-end W-2s, and ACA reporting
Partner with HR to ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems; audit and reconcile records regularly
Partner with all other departments to ensurepayrollobjectivesare met and that payroll needs are addressed.
Manage team as they address payroll related questions and issues
Manage relationships with payroll vendors and stay ahead of system updates or changes
