Essential Duties &Responsibilities:

  • Own and process multi-statepayrollfor hourly and salaried employees

  • Manage payroll team (payroll, payrolltaxesand payroll accounting)

  • Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of all payroll transactions — earnings, deductions, garnishments, commissions, and equity compensation

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations; manage tax filings, year-end W-2s, and ACA reporting

  • Partner with HR to ensure data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems; audit and reconcile records regularly

  • Partner with all other departments to ensurepayrollobjectivesare met and that payroll needs are addressed.

  • Manage team as they address payroll related questions and issues
