Global Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities


+ Oversee full-cycle US and Canada payroll for approximately 2,000 employees

+ Manage complex payroll transactions, including handling overpayments, shift differentials, and planned terminations, with a strong understanding of payroll laws and compliance

+ Lead and develop the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient payroll processing

+ Manage payroll vendors and systems, including ADP Workforce Now and other platforms, to optimize payroll operations

+ Drive payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

+ Supervise and support 2 direct reports, fostering a collaborative team environment
