We are partnered with a surrey based chartered accountancy who are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with exemplary people management skills to manage their payroll function.

Responsibilities include:

* Management of the team – conducting appraisals, 1:1s and training
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ensuring payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
* Payroll year end and month end procedures
* Resolving payroll queries
* Improving processes and payroll software implementation

Experience required:

* Strong people management experience
* Experience of processing end to end client payrolls in a bureau or accountancy environment
