Job Description
- Lead global payroll transformation projects
- Work cross‑functionally on complex system migrations
- Lead end‑to‑end payroll projects across regions and systems
- Manage payroll system implementations, migrations, and transitions
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and Operations teams
- Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Oversee vendor management, SLAs, and delivery milestones
- Manage data migration, parallel runs, and payroll cutover activities
