Job Description

• Lead global payroll transformation projects
• Work cross‑functionally on complex system migrations
• Lead end‑to‑end payroll projects across regions and systems
• Manage payroll system implementations, migrations, and transitions
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and Operations teams
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
• Oversee vendor management, SLAs, and delivery milestones
• Manage data migration, parallel runs, and payroll cutover activities
