- Manage the full Dutch payroll cycle, including monthly processing, data changes, statutory updates and employee queries.
- Coordinate closely with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders across the NL/UK/BE hub.
- Process payroll changes such as starters, leavers, global transfers, variable compensation, allowances and leave.
- Support cross‑country payroll activities, benefits administration, audits, year‑end close and mobility‑related payroll matters.
- Identify improvements, maintain controls and act as the Dutch payroll subject‑matter expert within the regional payroll team.
