Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will manage payroll operations for a well-established non-profit organization, ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations for exempt and non-exempt employees. This position requires on-site work at least two days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the other days.

Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for employees across all 50 states, ensuring adherence to state-specific regulations.
• Manage bi-weekly payroll operations, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms to streamline payroll functions.
• Remind employees and supervisors to review and approve timecards, ensuring all reported hours are accurate.
