Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance across all payroll functions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning the payroll process, resolving discrepancies, and working cross-functionally with HR and Finance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate payroll operations while supporting process improvements and system efficiencies.


RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees

+ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

+ Audit payroll data, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits

+ Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy

+ Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end close
