Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete payroll processing for 1200–1500 employees on a monthly basis.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions .
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF , and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, employee data, and salary structures .
• Ensure compliance with central and state labor laws .
• Manage payroll audits and coordinate with internal/external auditors .
• Generate payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and cost analysis reports .
• Stay updated and ensure implementation of applicable Government schemes, labor reforms, and compliance updates .
