We're partnering with a well-established real estate organization seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys payroll administration while also gaining exposure to broader accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with the external payroll provider, coordinating payroll changes, submissions, and issue resolution

• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with Canadian payroll regulations

• Administer employee benefits, onboarding, and payroll-related employee changes

• Prepare and file WSIB remittances and support HST reporting requirements
