Key Responsibilities
Manage complete payroll processing for
1200–1500 employees
on a monthly basis.
Ensure accurate calculation of
salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, and deductions .
Handle statutory compliance including
PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF , and other applicable regulations.
Maintain and update
payroll records, employee data, and salary structures .
Ensure compliance with
central and state labor laws .
Manage
payroll audits
and coordinate with
internal/external auditors .
Generate
payroll reports, MIS, reconciliation statements, and cost analysis reports .
Stay updated and ensure implementation of applicable
Government schemes, labor reforms, and compliance updates .
Handle
full & final settlements, gratuity, bonus payments, and leave encashments .
Coordinate with
HR and Finance teams
for payroll-related matters.
