Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for contractors.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters.
  • Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis).
  • Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist new payroll system implementation.
  • Filing of Form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates.
  • Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim.
  • Proficient in BIPO payroll system is a strong advantage.
  • Able to start work immediately.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI holder.
