Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for APAC countries, with a primary focus on Japan, by managing outsourced payroll operations, maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage the complete payroll process for Japan, including monthly and yearly cycles, and ideally support additional APAC countries.
Process payroll-related allowances, deductions, bonuses, and merit cycles.
Handle importing/exporting of payroll interface files and resolve any issues.
