Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Specialist for a temporary opportunity with a growing organization. This position offers a strong opportunity to support a fast-paced accounting and HR function with both payroll processing and administrative HR responsibilities.
This role will support a multi-function business environment and will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while assisting with day-to-day HR and accounting support activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong Paycom experience, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage both structured payroll cycles and ad hoc administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
Review and submit timecards through Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
