Description
We are partnering with a local client to hire PC Deployment Technicians for a large-scale thin client refresh (~4,000 devices) across multiple sites in the Madison area. This is a hands-on deployment role with a mix of staging, configuration, and after-hours installation work.
Key Responsibilities

+ Stage and prepare thin client devices at a central location (imaging, configuration, asset tagging)

+ Perform onsite deployments, swaps, and basic setups across multiple locations

+ Decommission and properly handle replaced equipment

+ Join devices to Active Directory and validate connectivity

+ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during deployment

+ Support end users with basic post-install questions

+ Accurately track inventory and deployment progress

Schedule & Work Environment

+ Training: 1–2 weeks prior to project start

+ Shift: Approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
