Our client is looking to hire an IT Support Technician to assist with a refresh project. This client is doing a large‑scale technology refresh across hospitals and medical offices. This project involves upgrading and reimaging across healthcare facilities.

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in desktop support, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and device deployment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Perform desktop support for end users in clinical environments

+ Complete PC imaging and reimaging for large‑scale rollout

+ Handle hardware installation, replacement, and configuration

+ Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues

+ Assist with deployment of upgraded devices across multiple sites

+ Document work performed and escalate issues when needed
